All orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.

At Fherie all orders will be dispatched the following business day.

TRACKING INFORMATION
All deliveries will be provided with a tracking number. This will automatically be emailed to you upon dispatch. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.
PRE-ORDERS
For all Fherie pre-orders, please note that the 'approximate shipping timeline' is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date. If there is a delay with a pre-order item our team will be in touch to advise you of the delay and make arrangements with you. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives.
If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders or email us at hello@fherieworld.com to arrange this.
Please be aware that if a pre order item/s are delayed it is outside of our control. Causes for delay can be due to manufacturing or freight delays. Refund is not possible unless we can't physically supply your order.
